Sarajevo is the practical base for the hill loops, Ozren, and the ride to Lukomir. Those leave town and come back the same day. The weekend pack also includes a day in the Ilijaš area on the Misoča canyon trail.
Start northeast of the city if the bike is a mid-size adventure or an enduro. Vogošća to Motka Cabin and the Ozren viewpoint are short. Motka Peak Loop is the hard one in those hills, about 20 km. Deep mud after heavy rain can trap a heavier adventure bike, and some lines are closer to enduro than a typical ADV trail.
Ozren via Čavljak is the mountain day a big ADV can do. The Crepoljsko shortcut was blocked on that recording, and that shortcut is not a separate ride in this pack.
The canyon day is Misoča: about 52 km and three hours along a 1912 timber railway above the canyon. It is tagged for a big ADV, a mid-size bike, or an enduro. The railway section is narrow, with exposed drop-offs, and snow or fallen trees can block it in late winter and early spring.
The south day follows the Trans Euro Trail toward Lukomir. It is tagged easy for a big or mid-size adventure bike, and it is still remote: limited services, changeable weather, livestock on the track.
These are the published rides whose region includes Sarajevo. The weekend pack turns a subset of them into the days above, and adds the Misoča canyon ride, which is tagged Central Bosnia.
